Article 1 – Preamble

These Terms of Use (“ToU”) govern the relationship between the publisher of the Hinatou.fr website and any person accessing its services. Hinatou.fr is operated by Hinatou (Hina Prod), a privately owned individual business based in France. Use of the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these ToU, which may be modified at any time without prior notice. The site is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Geneva, Switzerland.

Article 2 – Access to the Website

Hinatou.fr offers free access to promotional content and paid access reserved for adults, including videos, photos, news, messaging, and related services. Access is strictly prohibited to minors under the applicable laws of their country of residence. By using the site, the user declares being of legal age and fully responsible for their actions.

Article 3 – Subscriptions and Payments

Users may subscribe to a monthly membership through an authorized third-party provider. All prices, durations, and conditions are clearly displayed on the “Subscriptions” page. Each membership becomes active upon payment confirmation and remains valid for a full month from that date. Renewal occurs automatically unless the user cancels prior to the renewal date. Each plan is a separate offer. Upgrading to a higher plan requires a new subscription; no credit or adjustment is applied to the previous one. All sales are final once access to the content has been granted.

Article 5 – Messaging and Private Video Sessions

The integrated messaging system on Hinatou.fr is a private, confidential, and respectful space reserved for Passion and Intime members. Responses are provided according to the availability of the Site or its Publisher. This service does not constitute a sexual performance and does not imply any obligation of immediate, continuous, or prolonged response.
